The Sled is a fishing lure. There is no guarantee it will catch fish for every user. It is the best lure made. Nothing can out fish it – if it is used properly. The Sled is like an expensive well balanced rifle. In the hands of someone that has learned how to shoot a rifle – it will hit a bulls-eye every time the trigger is pulled. If you give the same rifle to someone that hasn’t a clue on how to shoot…… Well, stand behind him.
If you lose it, we will not replace it. If you go fishing and don’t catch anything with it, we will not refund you a single dime. But if you fish it as instructed in this site and on the package, Ray Lentine knows, as do many tournament winners, that you have a better chance at catching fish with The Sled than any other lure on the market today.

Like any new lure, you need to practice with The Sled. Don’t just throw it out and reel it in. It meant to be thrown where bass live and feed. If you remember that bass are not like pickerel, perch and other fish that just swim out in the open. Bass live where you can’t throw most lures. Don’t be afraid to throw The Sled where no other lure has gone before. If you do, you will catch a large number of quality bass. Your success is guaranteed to be judged by the amount of practice you put in using The Sled.
Also, be aware that the original Sled was made of lead, as were all jigs. Lead is porous and it held paint very well. The new Lead Free Sled is made of bismuth and no paint stays on the head without wearing off. Paint is just a way to make all lures look good in the package. Don’t change baits if the black paint on the Sled head wears off. It will catch fish just fine. A black permanent marker works as a touch up.

Shipping Policy:
The Sled will be shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving the order if paid by credit card, Certified Check or money order.  If you pay by personal check, your order will be shipped out after seven (7) business days.
If you live in Canada, please add an additional $5.00 to the cost of shipping ANY order. If you live in other parts of the world, please call 508-826-7471 for instructions. (English is the only language our staff understands.)
The Sled has become a very popular lure. There are times that The Sled is backordered, but we will do everything possible to ship as soon as possible.
